Wig Selection & Sizing

How do I measure my head for the right wig size?

Use a soft measuring tape. Measure three points: (1) circumference — around your entire hairline; (2) front to back — forehead hairline to nape of neck; (3) ear to ear — over the crown of your head. Most of our wigs fit average head size 22–22.5 inches and include adjustable straps. See our Wig Size Guide for detailed instructions.

What density should I choose?

Density refers to how full the wig is: 130% looks natural and thin; 150% is our most popular — full and natural; 180% is very full/glamorous; 200%+ is extra-voluminous. For a natural everyday look, we recommend 150%. For styling or stage/event looks, 180%–200% works great.

What is the difference between 4x4, 13x4, 13x6, and 360 lace?

4x4 Closure: Small lace area at the crown (4 inches wide by 4 inches deep). Best for beginners — minimal maintenance, very secure. 13x4 Frontal: Lace spans ear to ear (13") and 4" back. Allows styling hair away from face. 13x6 Frontal: Same width but 6" deep — more versatile parting options. 360 Lace: Lace goes all the way around the perimeter — allows ponytails and updos. See our full breakdown in the Wig Buying Guide.

What is the difference between hair textures?

Straight/Silky Straight: Smooth, sleek, flows naturally. Low maintenance. Body Wave: Loose, flowing S-shaped waves. Our bestseller — natural and versatile. Deep Wave: Tight, defined waves/curls. More textured look. Water Wave: Loose waves with a beachy, wet look. Curly/Kinky Curly: Tight, defined coils. Requires more moisture maintenance. See the Hair Texture Guide for full descriptions.

How do I match my skin tone to a lace color?

Our HD (High Definition) lace is ultra-thin and transparent, making it suitable for all skin tones without tinting. For regular lace, light/medium brown lace suits fair to medium complexions, while medium/dark brown suits deeper complexions. When in doubt, choose HD lace — it's our most versatile option.

Wig Care & Maintenance

How often should I wash my human hair wig?

Wash your wig every 7–14 days with regular wear, or after 15–20 wears. Less frequent washing is better for the longevity of the hair. Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. See our complete Wig Care Guide.

Can I use heat on my human hair wig?

Yes — 100% human hair wigs can be heat-styled with flat irons, curling wands, and blow dryers. Always use a heat protectant spray first and keep temperatures under 350°F (176°C) to prevent damage. Excessive heat will shorten the life of your wig.

Can I sleep in my wig?

We recommend removing your wig before sleep to extend its lifespan. If you must sleep in it, braid or wrap the hair loosely and use a silk or satin pillowcase to minimize friction. Always store your wig on a wig stand when not in use.

How long will my human hair wig last?

With proper care, a high-quality human hair wig lasts 1–3 years or longer. The lifespan depends on how often you wear it, how well you care for it, and how much heat styling is applied. Glueless wigs with minimal adhesive use tend to last longer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items with lace intact and hygienic liner in place. See our full Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements.

Can I return a wig I've tried on?

No. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn (even briefly without the cap liner removed), styled, washed, or had the lace cut cannot be returned. Please keep the hygienic cap liner in place during any try-on.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Lace & Installation

What does "glueless" mean?

Glueless wigs have adjustable straps, combs, and an elastic band at the back that allow the wig to be worn securely without any adhesive or glue. They're perfect for beginners and those with sensitive scalps. Simply put it on, adjust the straps, and go!

What is HD lace and why is it better?

HD (High Definition) lace is an ultra-thin, nearly invisible lace material that melts into the skin for a completely undetectable hairline. Unlike traditional brown or transparent lace, HD lace blends with all skin tones without needing to be tinted. It gives the most natural-looking result.

What does "pre-plucked" mean?

Pre-plucked means the hairline has already been lightly plucked at the factory to create a natural-looking, less dense hairline along the lace. This mimics the way natural hair grows along the hairline. Most people still do some additional plucking to customize the look.

Do I need to cut the lace?

Yes — after fitting the wig, you'll need to carefully cut the excess lace along your natural hairline. Cut as close to the hairline as possible using sharp scissors. Take your time — this is the most important step for a natural look. For glueless wigs, even cutting the lace slightly outside the hairline works fine.

How do I install a lace front wig as a beginner?

1. Lay your edges with gel and secure with a wig grip band. 2. Put the wig on and position the hairline where you want it. 3. Adjust the back straps for a snug fit. 4. (Optional) Apply a thin layer of got2b Glued or wig adhesive tape along the lace for extra security. 5. Press the lace down with a flat comb. 6. Cut the excess lace carefully. 7. Style as desired.
