We are committed to delivering your Luvme Hair products safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Free standard shipping applies to all domestic orders over $75 after discounts.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at Track Your Order or directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and shipping method).

Packaging & Handling

All wigs and hair extensions are carefully packaged in protective packaging to preserve the hair's integrity during transit. Products are shipped in discreet boxes without exterior branding for your privacy. We include a wig cap and care card with every wig order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for express or overnight orders
  • Signature may be required for orders over $200
  • We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@findhub.com
  2. Include your order number, photos of any damage, and your tracking number
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

During peak holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), please allow additional processing time and order early. We will post specific cutoff dates on our homepage as the holidays approach.
