2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However:

Color accuracy: Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings, lighting, and photography. We cannot guarantee an exact color match to what you see on screen.
Texture descriptions: Hair texture names (e.g., "body wave," "deep wave") describe the natural pattern of the hair. Exact texture appearance may vary based on humidity, maintenance, and individual hair characteristics.
Length measurement: Hair length is measured from root to tip while the hair is straightened. Curly or wavy textures will appear shorter when in their natural pattern.
Photography: Product images are representative and may be styled for photography purposes. Actual appearance when worn may differ.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processing.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with incorrect pricing due to system errors, or orders that exceed available inventory. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at orders@findhub.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Luvme Hair or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
