Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is unworn and unused
- Hair is uncut, uncolored, and unwashed
- Lace is intact (not trimmed or cut)
- Hygienic cap liner / stocking is still in place
- All original tags are attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item shows no signs of wear, styling product use, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Wigs or extensions that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered
- Items with cut or trimmed lace
- Customized or colored wigs
- Clearance or final sale items
- Accessories, tools, and beauty products
- Bundle deals where any item has been opened
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process — Step by Step
- Request a return: Email returns@findhub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Receive authorization: We will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Pack your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the box
- Ship your return: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Return address: Will be provided with your RMA approval email
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the return (1–3 business days), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Store credit: issued within 24 hours of return approval
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size, length, or texture on eligible items. Follow the return process above and indicate you would like an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping.
Late Returns
Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit at our discretion — contact us to discuss.
