Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use the options below to track your package.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a shipping confirmation from noreply@shopify.com or orders@findhub.com
- Find your tracking number in that email
- Click the tracking link in the email, or use the carrier links below

Use your tracking number on the appropriate carrier website:
- USPS: tools.usps.com
- UPS: ups.com/track
- FedEx: fedex.com/fedextrack
- DHL: dhl.com/tracking

Where to Find Your Order Number
- In your order confirmation email (subject: "Order #XXXX confirmed")
- In your Luvme Hair account under Order History
- In the shipping confirmation email you received when your order was dispatched
Tracking Not Updating?
It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, or if you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact our support team with your order number.
Package Hasn't Arrived?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property, including back door, garage, or with neighbors
- Check with other household members
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan packages as delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report
- Contact us — we'll help you file a claim and arrange a resolution
