30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your hair. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and uninstalled, in their original condition.
- All original tags, lace, and packaging must be intact. Do not cut, pluck, color, or alter the lace or hair.
- For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, styling, or installation cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@findhub.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
