What you will need
- A wig cap (and a little gel or mousse for edges, optional)
- An adjustable elastic band, if you want extra hold

Step 1: Prep your natural hair
Braid your hair flat (cornrows or a low bun for short hair) so the cap sits smoothly. Pull a wig cap over the top and tuck in any flyaways.
Step 2: Adjust the wig cap
Try the wig on and tighten the adjustable straps inside so it sits snug but comfortable. The hairline should sit just behind your natural one, or right on it.
Step 3: Lay the hairline
Place the front of the wig at your hairline and press the lace down. If your wig is pre-plucked with bleached knots (all FindHub wigs are), the hairline already looks natural — just lay any baby hairs with a little gel.
Step 4: Secure and style
Click the built-in combs into your braided hair and add the elastic band around the nape or behind your ears for extra hold. Part it, add light waves or curls if you like, and you are done.
